What you will do

• Lead large teams and complex initiatives within the Data Science function.
• Design and deliver scalable, reproducible data science solutions, PoCs, and applications.
• Set scientific standards and champion robust experimentation frameworks and KPIs.
• Identify and apply industry innovations and emerging AI capabilities to business challenges.
• Collaborate with product and technology leaders to define roadmaps and influence business strategy.
• Act as a change agent to foster alignment and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable data science solutions and leading complex initiatives.
• Strong experience in experimentation design, KPIs, and scientific methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product development and business strategy.
• Strong relationship-building skills in complex organizational environments.
