Compensation: $242,000 – $338,500 base cash range.

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for content generation, moderation, and relevance systems.
• Spearhead the deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal architectures.
• Pioneer the research and development of autonomous AI agents for complex reasoning and planning tasks.
• Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle from high-risk experimental R&D to large-scale production deployment.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Applied Scientists and AI Engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Supply teams to integrate AI into user journeys.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Machine Learning Science with focus on NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in people management leading high-performing science teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, including Transformers, LLMs (LLaMA/GPT), RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA).
• Proven track record of taking complex ML projects from proof-of-concept to large-scale production.
• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, or Computational Linguistics.

• Proven experience building and deploying Agentic workflows involving tool use and reasoning capabilities.
