What you will do

• Define the Content AI strategy and technical roadmap for content generation, moderation, and relevance across the global ecosystem.
• Spearhead the deployment of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and Diffusion Models, to automate text, image, and video creation.
• Drive the research and development of autonomous AI Agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning.
• Oversee models for content ranking and personalization while building robust automated moderation pipelines for brand safety.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Supply teams to integrate AI-generated content into the core user experience.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Applied Scientists and AI Engineers.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in ML Science with a focus on NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading science teams in tech-first environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI (Transformers, LLaMA/GPT, RAG pipelines, PEFT/LoRA fine-tuning).
• Proven track record of taking high-risk ML projects from PoC to large-scale production serving millions of users.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
