Data Analyst/Steward (Medtech)

What you will do

• Maintain and update customer master data across CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms.
• Review customer account requests, updates, hierarchies, attributes, and relationships for accuracy and governance compliance.
• Analyze customer data for trends, anomalies, duplicates, and quality issues.
• Create dashboards and reports for data quality metrics, operational KPIs, customer segmentation, territory alignment, and account performance.
• Investigate discrepancies, support root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation with the Data Quality Lead.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, GTS, Finance, and technical teams on data governance and master data improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data stewardship, or master data management.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation, documentation, stakeholder communication, and root cause investigation.
• Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with customer master data, MDM platforms, data profiling tools, or data governance.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL or data querying skills.
• Experience with Informatica or SAP MDG.
