What you will do

• Maintain and update customer master data in CRM, ERP, and MDM systems, including segmentation, addresses, and hierarchies.
• Review and validate new customer requests and changes to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Analyze data for trends, anomalies, and quality issues; create dashboards and reports for sales operations and KPIs.
• Monitor metrics like completeness, consistency, and duplicates; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, GTS, and Finance on data matters and governance initiatives.
• Support projects for CRM, ERP, and master data management improvements, documenting processes and lineage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in data analysis, data stewardship, or master data management
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Nice to have

• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Familiarity with customer master data or MDM environments
• BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Basic SQL or data querying skills
• Understanding of data governance and quality concepts
