CRM Data Analyst

Location: George Town, Malaysia. In-person work is required three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely on other days.

What you will do

• Acquire, cleanse, validate, and profile CRM data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate and correct data anomalies, discrepancies, and quality issues.
• Use ETL and AI tools for data acquisition, processing, and ingestion.
• Schedule data acquisition and independently manage selected CRM data maintenance projects.
• Document data sources, extraction processes, and data flows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, sales teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve CRM effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new tools and industry practices.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
