Transactional & Compliance Data Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Monitor master and transactional data flows for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with global governance policies.
• Identify duplicates, anomalies, and process deviations; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee master data workflows, approval routes, mass updates, migrations, and cleansing activities in an ERP environment.
• Track data quality KPIs, governance metrics, compliance status, documentation, audit trails, and control evidence.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, compliance, or a related field in a global environment.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken, are required.
• Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules such as SD, MM, or PP, including transaction execution, error handling, workflows, approvals, and mass-maintenance transactions.
• Experience with data quality management, validation, internal controls, compliance, data migration, mass updates, and data cleansing.
• Understanding of supply chain processes including MRP, ATP, demand planning, inventory management, and ERP/SAP environments.
