Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for fiat products, including P2P, One-Click Buy, fiat spot pairs, and fiat first-time deposits.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for fiat OKR metrics.
• Analyze revenue composition across trading fees, spreads, hedging profit and loss, channel costs, and hedging costs.
• Monitor fiat liquidity, order-book depth, maker/taker supply, and competitive performance across currencies and corridors.
• Evaluate payment channel and P2P partner conversion, costs, failures, settlement reconciliation, and operational service-level metrics.
• Support product, operations, regional, compliance, and finance teams with impact assessments, experimentation, pricing analysis, and growth recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in payments, fiat on/off-ramp, foreign exchange, cross-border remittance, banking, or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of conversion funnels, transaction-flow analysis, cohort conversion, data accuracy, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto fiat gateways, P2P marketplaces, card acquiring, local bank rails, or stablecoin settlement.
• Knowledge of two-sided marketplace dynamics, market microstructure, maker/taker supply, or order-book depth.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, fraud, AML, market-abuse analytics, forecasting, quasi-experimental design, or machine learning.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, payment institution, or digital asset platform.
