What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
• Define project scope, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality outcomes from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate project teams, identify resource needs, and remove blockers to ensure success.
• Implement structured change management by assessing the impact of evolving requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency scenarios to keep delivery on track.
• Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders to enable timely decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art project management tools and MS Office.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience within the semiconductor industry, specifically with semiconductor processes and packages.
• PMI certification or similar project management qualification.
