What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the global After Sales product portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Define product requirements and concepts based on technical analyses and market needs.
• Develop and launch software, hardware, and cyber security-driven After Sales products.
• Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities and define product roadmaps.
• Manage validation, testing, and feasibility to ensure safety, quality, and commercial compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in project management or product development, ideally within After Sales.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software-driven systems.
• Experience analyzing technical performance data to drive structured improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
• English: Very good skills suitable for daily collaboration in an international context.
