What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation journey from client requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable solutions aligning with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to adapt system and integrate with existing setups.
• Serve as trusted client partner to anticipate needs and maximize automation potential.
• Work with sales on implementation plans to drive product adoption.
• Feed customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication for native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management skills for multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
• Ownership, managing ambiguity, growth mindset, problem-solving, customer-first mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS.
• Hands-on with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
