TL;DR

Operations Manager (Customer Service): Setting up and developing customer service projects for renowned clients with an accent on process design and scalable structures. Focus on leading remote teams, optimizing KPIs, and coordinating internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or able to work from offices in Berlin, Munich, Halle, Sofia, or Prague. Remote work from other EU countries is available for 2 weeks per year (EU passport holders only).

What you will do

  • Design and implement operational structures and scalable processes for the entire customer journey from scratch.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, managing projects both strategically and operationally.
  • Lead team leads and manage both permanent and freelance staff, establishing feedback structures and performance targets.
  • Analyze KPIs to derive actionable insights and make independent operational decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Recruiting, Training, Quality, and Tech to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the company's overall operating models and organizational scaling.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in operations or project management, specifically in establishing or developing business structures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop economically sound and operationally effective solutions.
  • Strong ownership and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in Dutch (required for the specific project).
  • Proficiency in German and English for internal communication and leadership.
  • Ability to motivate and develop remote teams effectively.
