What you will do

• Lead day-to-day CRM operations, bridging strategy, data, and creative delivery.
• Translate strategic briefs into concrete project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, data, and campaign operations.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, trackers, and documentation for multi-market operations.
• Monitor campaign delivery quality, testing, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as a key liaison between EHQ, client stakeholders, and local offices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven track record managing multi-market CRM programs and coordinating diverse teams.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation processes.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Frankfurt, Germany.
