TL;DR

Strategic Project Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end implementations of agentic AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on solution design and client success. Location: Must be based remotely in Germany or Austria or onsite in Cologne or Munich. Initial onboarding (minimum one month) at HQ in Zurich, Switzerland is required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored automation solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful system integration.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients to anticipate needs and maximize the potential of AI automation.
• Partner with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into long-term product improvements for the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluency in both German and English is required for presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
