What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle, including defining plans, schedules, and work breakdowns.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and financial coordination with accounting to ensure accurate billing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status calls and fostering long-term account growth.
• Lead digital and strategy teams by assigning work and providing necessary resources.
• Proactively diagnose risks and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or client management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in Digital Communications.
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software (Basecamp is a plus).
• Hands-on experience working within Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Healthcare or Higher Education industries.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience working within an agile framework.
