What you will do

• Lead the launch of multiple market-ready healthcare solutions and services simultaneously.
• Mobilize cross-functional efforts between professional services, customer operations, and support to execute launch goals.
• Define operational performance metrics and monitor launch results against business objectives.
• Develop and execute scalable launch strategies to maximize customer value and time-to-revenue.
• Analyze risks and issues to adjust project plans and ensure organizational readiness.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members and peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience in program, project, or product management within a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems.
• Strong experience working closely with Professional Services or Customer Support.
• Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, or Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of PDLC, customer journey, and lead-to-cash processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience working with Acute, Payer, and Practice Groups.
