What you will do

• Lead clinical teams to ensure project scope and timeline adherence while maintaining high quality of delivery.
• Manage operational delivery including site feasibility, selection, start-up, clinical plans, and subject enrollment.
• Oversee monitoring planning, execution, resourcing, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate closely with sponsors and functional team members to ensure ongoing oversight of trials.
• Mentor and train team members, leading CRAs in establishing site relationships.
• Identify risks threatening projects and develop creative action plans to resolve study challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of clinical research experience, including significant clinical monitoring experience.
• Prefer experience at a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company.
• Experience with EDC, eTMF, CTMS, IXRS, and RTSM software.
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance implementation.
• Availability for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
