Senior Project Manager (Neuroscience)

Salary: $122,000 annualized minimum base pay; actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.

What you will do

• Coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.
• Manage project milestones, delivery plans, scope, budget, and profitability.
• Ensure project tasks follow approved plans and company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Act as the primary client liaison and lead project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Support business development through proposal development and presentations.
• Build client relationships to generate new and add-on business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma environment.
• Project-level budget, finance, and costing experience.
• Experience managing complex clinical trials across multiple phases and the full project lifecycle.
• Global study management experience.
• In-depth knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas and protocols; experience with psychedelics and mood disorders is prioritized.
