What you will do

• Coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to achieve milestones.
• Manage project budgets and scope of work to ensure project profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, chairing team meetings and teleconferences.
• Support business development by creating proposals and leading presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business.
• Ensure all project tasks comply with standard company processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industries.
• Proven experience in project-level budgeting, finance, and costing.
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and the full project lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of protocols in Psychedelics, Mood Disorders, and Epilepsy.
• Must be based in the United States.
