What you will do
- Build integrated operating frameworks unifying Sleepifi, VirtuOx, drop-ship, and emerging solutions with capacity planning and standardized processes.
- Design automated and AI-enabled workflows to modernize legacy processes and accelerate service delivery.
- Lead systems integration with supply chain, engineering, product, and legal teams for optimal scale and compliance.
- Establish quality, compliance, and risk management frameworks with performance dashboards for leadership decisions.
- Shape long-range operational strategy, foster continuous improvement, and build high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading operations in healthcare services, diagnostics, digital health, or related.
- Demonstrated success building scalable operations across multiple sites or areas.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and deploying AI-enabled workflows.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and clinical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% a month.
