What you will do

• Lead the delivery of client engagements and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
• Perform valuations for business enterprises, equity, intellectual property, and intangible assets.
• Conduct impairment testing for goodwill and long-lived assets, contingent consideration, and complex securities.
• Develop complex financial models and analyze data in spreadsheets.
• Prepare narrative business valuation reports as final client deliverables.
• Perform detailed industry research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes.
• Possess or be in the process of obtaining a CFA, ASA, or CEIV credential.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
• Expertise in income, market, and cost valuation approaches.
• Proven skill in leading and developing teams and individuals.
