What you will do

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve payment discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain precise records of payment history and vendor files.
• Develop and implement AP controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accruals and smooth month-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate with property management regarding tenant billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4-8+ years of professional experience in accounts payable.
• Yardi Voyager super user with specific experience in accounting and property management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.

• Experience with Job Costing and Job Coding.
