What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements like master services, site contracts, consulting, vendor, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, study teams, and stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues.
• Track, report, and manage site contract metrics and update teams on negotiation status.
• Maintain contract files, databases, and archiving.
• Design and implement policies for timely contract execution and process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree; equivalent experience in scientific or healthcare discipline
• At least 5 years in drafting, reviewing, negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budgets
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
• Strong organizational, written communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently or in teams

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields, or business administration
• Knowledge of contracting plans for CTA and budget negotiations
• Experience handling relationships with CRAs, start-up associates, or SBSCAs
