What you will do

• Drive customer engagement via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
• Research prospects using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and other tools
• Generate and conduct first meetings through calls, emails, social selling, and events
• Qualify early opportunities by identifying decision makers, budget, needs, and timelines
• Build tailored messaging to educate prospects on hirify.global solutions and generate interest
• Collaborate with marketing, account executives, sales engineers, and client success teams
• Maintain detailed tracking in Salesforce and Outreach.io and meet SLAs and goals

Requirements

• 6+ months in sales development/business development or relevant experience
• Desire to build a career in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• Customer-focused approach with persistence and tenacity
