Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Boston, or Louisville (USA)

Salary: $73,000 – $87,000 (Total compensation including base and variable)

What you will do

  • Conduct cold calls and emails to identify business challenges for enterprise restaurant and convenience brands.
  • Convert outbound and inbound leads into introductory meetings for Account Executives.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for social selling and brand promotion.
  • Manage prospecting tasks and outreach strategy using Gong Engage and Salesforce.
  • Analyze performance via dashboards and reports to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 9-12 months of experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging VP and C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated approach with a competitive drive and ability to multitask.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn/SalesNav, or ZoomInfo.
  • Previous professional experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Sales-related degree or previous sales internships.
