Media Planner (Temporary Role)

What you will do

• Develop holistic strategic media plans in partnership with Supervisors and Directors.
• Collaborate with Investment, Analytics, and Strategy teams to incorporate audience insights into recommendations.
• Manage client budgets, flowcharts, weekly status calls, and serve as main client contact.
• Monitor media and client trends, create tactical presentations, and encourage media-creative integration.
• Review Assistant Planner's work, mentor juniors, and articulate quantitative media strategy elements.
• Participate in training, contribute to team culture, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3+ years of experience in media planning at an ad agency
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, math, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Professionalism in working with vendors, teams, and clients
