Account Strategist (Marketing)

Location: On-site in Falmouth, ME office

Salary: Starting annual $80k and up

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Integrate creative and media strategies into client strategies, modeling proactive thinking.
• Oversee project execution, coordinating with creative directors, freelancers, and production teams.
• Develop and present client-facing strategy, media, and creative presentations using data, research, and trends.
• Generate project briefs, lead internal meetings, and implement project management tools.
• Coordinate website content, design, implementation, and production for photography/videography shoots.
• Contribute to new business development proposals and SOWs.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 5-7 years business experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments, or master’s with 3+ years.
• Balanced analytical and creative mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt communication.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment managing multiple clients/projects.
• Strong project and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with website development and/or digital marketing programs.
• Knowledge of advertising production: print, direct mail, digital, video.
