What you will do

• Own execution and support paid media strategies across paid search and paid social platforms.
• Manage media planning efforts, including channel mix recommendations, budget allocation, and forecasting.
• Translate client objectives into actionable campaign tactics, testing plans, and performance KPIs.
• Execute campaigns, monitor real-time performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve overall media and creative strategies.
• Prepare client-facing reports and presentations that clearly communicate results and impact.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, preferably within an agency environment.
• Must be able to work in person in the Falmouth, ME office 4 days a week.
• Solid understanding of major media platforms, buying models, and measurement approaches.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Comfort working with budgets, pacing, and complex spreadsheets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
