What you will do
- Define and drive the North America event strategy and annual roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regial events team through coaching and performance management.
- Manage large-scale experiential initiatives and complex projects with significant regial impact.
- Oversee the events budget and strategic allocati to ensure high-impact outcomes.
- Partner with Global Events to align regial insights with global planning and executi.
- Implement measurement frameworks to link experiential investments to business outcomes and commercial KPIs.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in event marketing, brand experience, or experiential strategy.
- Proven background working within a premium global retailer or an omnichannel brand.
- 4+ years of direct people leadership experience managing diverse teams across a regi.
- Ability to navigate organizatial complexities and manage diverse stakeholder interests.
- Strg skill in strategic planning, mapping out work, and organizing realistic project activities.
