What you will do

• Develop and maintain company-wide financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage headcount data and lead monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and People teams to align financial plans.
• Prepare financial narratives and KPI analysis for executive leadership and board reporting.
• Implement process improvements and explore AI-enabled workflows to automate financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing forecasts and operating models in high-growth environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot) to automate workflows and enhance analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite (financial systems) and Rippling (HRIS platforms).
• Experience supporting fundraising or strategic finance initiatives.
• Exposure to building AI-driven automations within finance functions.
