TL;DR

Senior Manager, GTM Finance (SaaS): Leading financial strategy and partnership for the go-to-market organization to drive growth and scale with an accent on revenue forecasting, sales capacity modeling, and GTM performance metrics. Focus on building the foundations of the FP&A function and turning data into strategic investment decisions.

Salary: $190K – $230K

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership for day-to-day and long-term strategy.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, including revenue, headcount, and expense budgeting.
  • Develop sales capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace and performance targets.
  • Strengthen ARR and revenue forecasting models and reporting on pipeline health and SaaS metrics.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, BizOps, and Data Science to ensure accurate GTM reporting and decision-making.
  • Support company-wide budgeting and contribute to board materials.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or GTM finance.
  • Direct experience supporting B2B SaaS or usage-based businesses.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, and conversion.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • SQL proficiency or experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) businesses or scaling sales organizations.
