Software Engineer II - Collaborative Web Platform

Salary: $116,640–$145,800 USD per year

hirify.global operates a WebOps platform for building, iterating, and scaling WordPress, Drupal, and Next.js websites, and is developing a real-time collaborative web content platform.

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Develop core capabilities for a real-time collaborative content platform.
• Contribute to technical designs and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product and design partners to translate requirements into software.
• Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow and product.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain a high engineering quality bar.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience across both backend and frontend development.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, or webhooks.
• Comfort working in cloud-native environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, plus experience using or integrating AI.
