What you will do

• Develop and lead social media, content, and influencer strategies based on audience insights and platform trends.
• Act as a primary client partner, leading planning discussions and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to execute integrated social campaigns.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial strategy through to measurement and reporting.
• Mentor Social Media Managers to improve strategic thinking and output quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an agency or marketing role focused on organic social media.
• Proven portfolio of successful campaigns demonstrating storytelling and conversion growth across platforms.
• Strong ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Confidence in presenting and defending strategies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
