Buyer, Programmatic (Temporary) (AdTech): Partners with One Marketplace team to strategize programmatic tactics, manage campaigns across DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon, analyze performance, and provide optimizations with an accent on budget recommendations, creative optimizations, and client value. Focus on troubleshooting technology issues, following QA processes, researching emerging opportunities, and coaching team members on systems and tools.

Location: Remote, USA (flexibility for hybrid with in-office options)

What you will do

• Partner with One Marketplace team to strategize programmatic tactics, technology, and budget recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance, providing creative optimizations.
• Handle client communication, offering recommendations and tactics.
• Manage and follow QA processes.
• Research emerging opportunities in the programmatic ecosystem to drive client value.
• Teach and coach others on systems, tools, and processes; troubleshoot technology issues.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in day-to-day programmatic campaign management across multiple DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon; open to Amobee/Verizon)
• Experience successfully managing others; teacher at heart.
• Strong at building client relationships and managing up.
• Passion for campaign optimization and performance levers.
• Previous media or advertising agency experience (preferred).
