What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, handling onboarding, goals, strategy alignment, and deliverables.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, improving communication and visibility across departments.
- Resolve complaints and issues, escalating to senior staff when needed, and focus on retention through quality service.
- Manage contracts including renewals, upsells, and fee negotiations; establish account priorities with channel teams.
- Support sales in client meetings, audits, and materials; develop case studies and testimonials.
- Develop and refine processes for onboarding, reporting, cross-channel communication, and operations updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of and ability to communicate all digital services (paid search, social, display, SEO, email, web)
- Ability to build strong client relationships and confidently present via phone and in-person
- Minimum 1 year experience with paid search, social, display platforms, and tracking/tagging
- 5+ years total professional experience
- Ability to manage change and maintain positive attitude
