What you will do

  • Develop RFP strategies and create client presentations, media plans, and forecasting to ensure consistent storytelling.
  • Lead campaign kick-off calls and manage the onboarding process for customers using the self-service buying platform.
  • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for all client communications and coordination.
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including set-up, pacing, delivery, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Analyze performance data to identify key trends and execute incremental revenue prospecting plans.
  • Collaborate with Associate Campaign Managers and Ad Ops for tagging, reporting, and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Proficiency with tactical systems such as third-party ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term projects and maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with strategic clients.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
