What you will do

  • Manage programmatic campaigns from setup to completion using platforms like Beeswax and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign pacing and performance to ensure client KPIs and financial margins are met.
  • Troubleshoot ad tech nuances and programmatic delivery issues to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new ad tech features and marketplace connections.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales to translate client briefs into actionable campaign setups and inventory forecasts.
  • Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks within Ad Ops workflows to improve infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital ad operations with a focus on programmatic advertising.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns within major DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Beeswax.
  • Working knowledge of VAST/HTML5 formats and experience with 3rd party tag vendors (DCM, Innovid, Moat, IAS).
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Must be located in or able to work hybrid in New York, US.
