What you will do

• Serve as the strategic lead for health and wellness accounts and lead mid-sized new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement customer experience (CX) strategies and design omnichannel customer journeys.
• Lead engagement strategy development, including positioning, targeting, and the creation of creative briefs.
• Partner with cross-functional agency leads to ensure strategic thinking is incorporated across all agency work.
• Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Strategists, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of CX strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in advertising or a related industry.
• Proven experience leading new business presentations and facilitating workshops.
• Strong storytelling and public speaking skills for client-facing strategic presentations.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer expectations and industry trends.
• Must be based in New York to comply with the hybrid in-office requirement.
