What you will do

• Drive brand accountability, awareness, preference, and advocacy through principles and campaigns.
• Standardize brand architecture, creative, communications, and voice across all channels, upskilling partners.
• Act as customer voice, partnering with stakeholders to evolve touchpoints and drive acquisition.
• Lead, inspire, and nurture a small marketing team (one direct report).
• Leverage key sponsorships like AFL and collaborate across marketing, trade, operations for sales targets.
• Monitor trends with insights team, manage brand A&P budget, and improve processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing small-medium marketing teams.
• Minimum 8+ years in dedicated marketing, ideally customer-focused retail brand development.
• Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing preferred.
• Ability to interpret customer data into retail plans and influence horizontally.
• Experience managing complex, ambiguous projects.
