What you will do

• Own and manage sponsorship strategies and partnership portfolios across assigned regulated markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new sponsorship opportunities based on commercial, brand, and compliance criteria.
• Act as the primary relationship lead for senior partners, rights holders, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Country Managers and local Marketing teams to align activities with market priorities.
• Ensure all sponsorship activities comply with local regulatory frameworks and advertising standards.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and manage budgets to ensure clear ROI justification.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing sponsorships or brand marketing in regulated or multi-market environments.
• Proven ability to lead and optimize sponsorship portfolios and negotiate agreements.
• Strong understanding of advertising standards and compliance frameworks in regulated markets.
• Experience as a senior partner-facing lead managing strategic external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen for managing budgets and making data-informed investment decisions.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
