What you will do

• Plan and coordinate 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
• Contribute to product launches and seasonal go-to-market activities, managing timelines and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality assets for social media, e-commerce, and in-store use.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, product gifting programs, and PR outreach.
• Manage retailer marketing requests, including asset submission and promotional coordination.
• Monitor beauty trends and competitor activity to inform campaign direction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically within brand marketing, digital media, or influencer management.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Sydney, Australia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
