What you will do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding strategy, aligning implementations to customer measurement and business goals.
  • Translate requirements into onboarding designs covering conversion tracking, channel measurement, attribution windows, data fields, and timelines.
  • Lead technical and strategic onboarding calls, guiding customers and internal teams for accurate execution.
  • Define conversion tracking methods across pixels, webhooks, batch files, APIs, and e-commerce integrations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for custom implementation solutions.
  • Conduct end-of-onboarding audits, act as technical escalation point, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, analytics, or marketing technology with complex deployments.
  • Expertise in digital marketing measurement including paid media, affiliates, email, offline channels, view- vs click-based attribution.
  • Hands-on with data collection: web/app pixels, server-side tracking, webhooks, APIs, batch files.
  • Deep knowledge of attribution models, identity resolution, and multi-touch attribution data dependencies.
  • Ability to translate goals into technical designs, plans, timelines; experience as escalation point.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical concepts; organized in ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, analytical, or business field, or equivalent experience.
