Business Systems Analyst

TL;DR

Business Systems Analyst (Media Tech): Supporting Universal Destinations & Experiences by managing technology programs and process improvements for the Content Supply Chain with an accent on requirements discovery, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on translating business needs into technical specifications, platform administration, and ensuring seamless user onboarding and support.

Location: Must be based in Orlando, Florida. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operational teams to execute Content Supply Chain initiatives.
• Assess business processes and user workflows to identify gaps and drive solution design.
• Lead requirements discovery, document functional specifications, and maintain traceability.
• Manage delivery plans, track milestones, and report status to leadership.
• Create user-facing documentation including SOPs, guides, and training materials.
• Own platform administration, including access control, configuration, and routine regression checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical, quantitative, or analytical roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product development and requirements analysis.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with media technology products.
• Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL at least four days per week.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with formal presentation abilities.
