TL;DR
Army Senior Program Manager (Financial Management): Lead deployment and adoption of CCaR™ system across Army Secretariat, Staff, Major Commands with an accent on program execution, customer engagement, and enterprise transformation. Location: Arlington, VA (onsite). U.S. citizenship required; no visa sponsorship or relocation support.
Salary: $175,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of CCaR™ deployment, including governance, reporting, risk management, and status presentations to senior Army stakeholders.
- Lead customer engagement and adoption strategy, demonstrating capabilities and managing change efforts across Army offices.
- Oversee deployment team for process mapping, configuration, data integration, training, and user onboarding.
- Advise on policy updates, standardize data and reporting, and support executive budget reviews and drills.
- Develop dashboards and analytics for real-time visibility and decision support in leader forums.
- Capture feedback to inform product roadmap and identify follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, economics or related.
- 10+ years in DoD program management, preferably Army financial management.
- Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with executive visibility.
- Deep knowledge of Army financial processes, DoD PPBE, budget formulation, execution, and reporting.
- Strong program planning, execution, risk management, briefing, and change management skills.
- Active Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain mandatory. U.S. citizenship required.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise financial management software deployments.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Qlik or Power BI.
- Understanding of integrations across financial, contracting, and program systems.
- Prior experience with CCaR™ or similar systems.
