SAP Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors)

TL;DR

SAP Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors/S4HANA): Leading end-to-end SAP project delivery using the SAP Activate methodology with an accent on SuccessFactors and S/4HANA transformations. Focus on driving project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across complex HR and ERP initiatives.

Location: Must be based on the East Coast of Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, or SA) with occasional travel for project milestones.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, from planning and design to deployment and transition to operations.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring strong alignment with client HR and business requirements.
• Oversee delivery across additional SAP workstreams, including S/4HANA, ECC, and various integrations.
• Coordinate project governance, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagement to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong hands-on delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly essential).
• Experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.
• Must have legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand; sponsorship is not provided.
• Availability for a full-time permanent position (contractors will not be considered).
