What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent engineering projects involving firmware and cloud integrations.
• Maintain end-to-end technical specifications across hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, operations, and engineering to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, mitigate, and remove technical and resource-based project risks.
• Act as Incident Coordinator for major incidents, leading triage and driving timely resolution.
• Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure post-incident actions are implemented.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing engineering projects, specifically firmware-centric or embedded systems.
• 4–6 years of project or team leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Proven experience coordinating P1/P2 incidents in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) certification.
• Proficiency with Clarity and JIRA.
• Experience in gaming, regulated, or high-availability device environments.
• Experience delivering software projects from concept to production.
