What you will do

• Serve as primary client point-of-contact and escalation point
• Coordinate functional services and vendors to meet timelines and budgets
• Manage study budget, scope, profitability, and billing
• Develop project plans with risk management and ensure quality including eTMF readiness
• Track progress, report KPIs, lead meetings, and communicate issues
• Implement study training and support business development

Requirements

• Degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4-7 years clinical research experience; 2-4 years leading projects; experience with regional or global trials
• Mandarin speaking required to cover East Asia market
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, project management techniques, cross-functional management
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
