Project Control Officer & Scheduler (Project Management): Overseeing delivery management and coordinating scheduling activities for training providers with an accent on financial forecasting and the monthly project review cycle. Location: Must be based in Randwick, Australia (Hybrid: 4 days on site) and must be an Australian Citizen to obtain a Defence Security Clearance

What you will do

• Manage long-term scheduling and short-term course programming for training delivery.
• Coordinate the monthly project review cycle and ensure forecasting accuracy and alignment with internal tracking.
• Liaise with external training providers and manage contractual meetings.
• Manage the central inbox and handle work allocated through the PMO.
• Identify and execute process enhancements across workflows and practices.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proven experience in project coordination and/or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Randwick (at least 4 days on site).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Experience in office administration.
