What you will do

• Partner with the VP Finance to define and execute finance strategies aligned with business turnaround objectives.
• Drive growth priorities focusing on Retention, Pricing optimization, and New Logo Sales.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leadership.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, deal structures, and contract economics to optimize profitability.
• Strengthen forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall financial governance.
• Lead and provide direction to senior managers and high-level finance professionals.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Revenue Finance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial discipline and operational stabilization in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.
