What you will do

• Lead research teams in conducting client studies within the pharmacy and biotech sectors.
• Oversee observational and retrospective data analyses, explaining methods and strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring overall quality and financial performance.
• Act as the primary client contact and subject matter expert for study outcomes.
• Drive business development by leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals.
• Perform line management and mentoring for direct reports, including creating development plans.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a consulting environment.
• Master’s degree in health services research (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience leveraging broad datasets to answer research questions for pharmacy and biotech clients.
• Ability to manage financial performance and outcomes across multiple projects.
