What you will do

• Act as lead point of contact on assigned projects, managing client communications and expectations.
• Provide quality control for deliverables, align creative briefs, and develop best practices for teams.
• Coordinate content planning, medical-legal-regulatory reviews, and project timelines with internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, identify risks, prepare reports, and ensure compliance and profitability.
• Contribute to proposals, financial forecasting, and client status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required for both roles).
• At least one year of experience as Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, or related industry (for Account Executive).
