TL;DR

Location: US Remote

Salary: $135,000 – $160,000 base salary per year plus variable commission and stock options

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of the top 20 pharmaceutical clients, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
  • Drive account expansion across business units and regions through tailored cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and navigate renewals to ensure long-term account retention.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to negotiate complex agreements and expansions.
  • Provide data-driven feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (US Remote).
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS account management, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Affairs.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and driving expansion ARR.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in complex deal negotiation, pricing strategy, and value-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
