What you will do

  • Lead large client accounts with revenue exceeding £400K, ensuring profitability and organic growth.
  • Provide strategic direction from project kick-off to completion, ensuring all deliverables accurately address the client brief.
  • Manage team priorities, resource allocation, and the professional development of Project Managers and Account Directors.
  • Drive new business growth by leading pitches, developing proposals, and identifying opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring hours versus budget.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables and facilitate regular client health checks to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience leading high-revenue accounts and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and executing new business pitches.
  • Experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring junior agency staff.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue recognition.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Knowledge of legislation and codes of practice for communication with HCPs, payers, and patients.
